Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a T-shirt which I bought in your Sport Shop last 22nd June.
I am afraid it is not like I thought. To begin with, the T-shirt is not original, however, I paid it as an original one. Besides, the colours are too pale and the quality of the article is too low. Finally, I decided to return it to your shop, but I could not do it because of the incompetence of your employees. I think that the way to deal with me was inadecuate: they did not change the article, and what is more, they did not return me my money. I have to say that I am very disappointed and angry with your company, which I thought, was the best one in the country.
I would like you to give me another T-shirt, or return me the money. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter for me.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Your faithfully

Dear President,

I am writing bacause I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the organization of the town. I am going to tell you the problems.
The problems included the lights of parts of the town, the streets without paving, the dirty things in all parts and inefficient police and comunal personal. Also the comunal plan isn't neccesary because a lot of people are in the street everiday drinking "mate" and eatting coockies. The education is very bad because the plan of study is old and the authorities are not interested in improving it.
I think that you and your personal must read my letter and examine my complaints because the town is a real disaster.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Your faithfully
